Project Exploration Geologist

We’re hiring! Kingsrose Mining is looking for a motivated Project Exploration Geologist to join our growing team.

This is a fantastic opportunity to work across an exciting portfolio of nickel, copper and PGE exploration projects in Finland and Norway. You’ll help lead field programmes, generate new targets, interpret diverse datasets, and contribute to responsible, high-quality mineral exploration.

What we’re looking for:

• A degree in geology or earth sciences
• 5+ years’ exploration experience across multiple deposit types
• Strong field leadership skills, from greenfields mapping to advanced drilling programmes
• Technical capability in geological software (QGIS/ArcGIS, IOGAS, Micromine/Leapfrog etc.)
• Commitment to safety, environmental stewardship and ethical practice
• Willingness to work in remote locations and collaborate with a diverse, multidisciplinary team
• Right to work in UK/EU

Experience in Arctic regions and knowledge of Norwegian or Finnish are advantages, but not essential.
